ALL ITEMS LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE ARE IN STOCK IN THE UK AND READY FOR IMMEDIATE DISPATCH.

All orders placed by 1:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons due to increased order volumes.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information to monitor your delivery.

USA Customs Shipping Update:

Recently, U.S. Customs and Border Protection has removed the de minimis exemption, which previously allowed international orders under $800 to enter the United States without duty charges.

As a result, all international shipments to the U.S. are now subject to customs duties and clearance fees, regardless of value. These charges are applied by U.S. Customs and collected directly by DHL at the time of delivery.

Please note that the exact amount may vary depending on the order value, product type, and U.S. Customs classification.

 

UK DELIVERIES 

We understand the importance of receiving your delivery promptly.

To help you select the most suitable option, we’ve detailed the available delivery methods below:

Royal Mail Tracked (2 - 3 days) - From £4.99

This service delivers within two to three working days and is also used for orders that qualify for "Free Shipping."

 DHL (Next Working Day)- From £7.99

This is our next working Day delivery service. Your parcel will be delivered the next working day (Monday to Friday) between 9am and 7pm.

• Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.
• If you require Saturday delivery, we recommend selecting our Royal Mail Special Delivery service.

 Royal Mail Special Delivery- From £13.69

This is our next day delivery service. Your parcel will be delivered next day by 1pm on Monday to Saturday.

This is our only Saturday Guaranteed Service.

 Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at home or work address to accept your delivery. 

 

USA & CANADA DELIVERIES- From $16

Our USA & Canada orders are fulfilled by DHL.

It is an express delivery service that guarantees delivery within 3 working days.

 Customers are responsible for any customs duties or charges applicable in their home country.

Zéré Fashion House has no control over these charges and cannot provide estimates, as customs policies and import duties vary significantly between countries.

To avoid unexpected costs, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information on current charges before placing your order.
